I only have one Swan, their Bass, and it was quite nice.  Not perfect, but certainly acceptable quality wise.  I've not tried the tremolos, but the design looks nice.  

I don't know the tuning, but would guess its not solo but rather the typical one found on Asian model tremolos--see www.patmissin.com for details on that.

Personally, I want to get one of Swan's "Inconceivable" models, but I'm sure that word means what they think they means.
