90% of the listers seem to be based 'Stateside' and this leads to the false
impression that U.S. membership is 100%. To the minority in exotic locations
like Ireland it is helpful to know what continent - never mind what country
a recommended vendor/service provider resides in. 

I often look with envy at the deals available from some specialists in the
U.S.A., but if I want to avail of them I have to make elaborate 'pre trip'
arrangements to take delivery at my relations in Maine on my very rare trips
to the U.S.
