[Harp-L] Harp-L Fundraiser

As far as I am concerned Harp-L is "doing God's Work" and I shall be glad to
support it as soon as my addled senior 'chip' can get around the procedures
of PayPal.

I shall be surprised - and slightly disappointed with human nature, if the
modest target budget is not exceeded by a factor of at least three.
