[Harp-L] opinions? also, how does one not know when one is playing in the wrong key?

This is a great list. Lotsa different opinions.


When opinions don't agree, don't get angry. Just accept the fact that someone has a different one. 


I feel it's rare for someone to change their core value or opinion by reading other's insistence to what they believe is "better" or "right".

btw, stuff like the current discussions has also spawned a lot of nice OFFLIST communication between posters, which serves to strengthen the community.


Am still curious as to how some harmonica players can join in (on or off stage) while playing in the wrong key, yet continue on. Any opinions on this? (aside from the too much alcohol answer). What is being processed in their brains?
