Anyone from Kansas City out there? I'm trying to track down a
vocalist named Rich Smith, who is a long time alt-country vocalist in
the KC area. He was with a band called the Starkweathers in the mid
'90s. I believe he played some harp, but we're seeking him to purchase
the rights to one of his songs for our upcoming CD. Please respond to
me off-list, as this is minimal harp content. Thanks!
