I released two CD of solo harmonica pieces in 1995 and 1998, respectively. They're titled "the act of being free in one act" and "the second act of free being". You can check them out at CDBaby.com:

About 1/4 of the tunes on these CDs are blues, and most of the blues are played on standard tuned diatonics in 2nd position. One blues, "Comin Home baby", is played on a natural minor. All the performances were recorded in real time without overdubs, so they're true solo performances.
There's a lot of more, um, unusual stuff on these CDs besides blues. You may get some useful ideas for how to approach solo playing from those tunes, even if you don't decide to add them to your repertoire.
