I think I figured out the answer to my own question.

Go to Google, Advanced Search.

Enter the desired keyword(s) in the "Find pages with..." "all these words:" block.
(Other blocks can also be used, depending on the desired search.)

Enter "http://harp-l.org/pipermail/harp-l/"; in the "Then narrow your results by..."
"site or domain:" block.

Select the Advanced Search button. You'll be able to browse all of the search
results.

There's also an older Harp-L archive at "http://www.harpl.com"; which can be
searched by using this Web address as the site or domain entry. It covers 1992
to about 2003.
