I use the Roland Street Cube for battery power you can do vocals and your harp through it has good volume. I picked one up on a Labor Day sale at Guitar Center for $225 I really like it.

I'm not sure of the watts, but a PigNose Hog 20 is great with two big
batteries in it and should be loud enough for duo gigs. Often discussed
here, if you search you will find a lot of discussions from the past on
