Back in the late 1960s and early 1970s, Charlie McCoy shook up the harmonica world. You had a lot of chromatic players going out and buying diatonics to try to do what McCoy was doing, mostly without success. Dom Sgro had the answer for what the chromatic could do in this genre... here's my favorite of those songs:
