Don't know whether I listened to the same performance as you, Kevin,
because I couldn't find a link in your post. Anyhow, if it was this:

then I'd say third position. Key seemed a bit at odds with my rather
out-of-tune 'traveller' harp, but if the tune is in E, which I think it is,
then he's on a D harp.
