Benjamin Darvill is truly funky. His use of the harp is exemplary and his music is deeply rooted in the blues, with great intensity and groove. If you read any of his writings such as the Stool Pigeon columns, he clearly sees himself as a bluesman and his live shows offer convincing proof of the fact. I go with Ben F. on this one :-)
