Buck, I don't care that you say you cleaned it before you sell. As a buyer of a used harp I would have no choice other than to clean it myself. Learning how to disassemble, clean and get it back together is a waste of your effort since I, and most informed buyers, would clean anyway.
Others can speak to value but I have purchased 2 of the double bass harps off eBay for $250 or less and was talked into selling both of them before I did anything. That said, I have seen others that went higher. A new one is about $1,000. Google, "Hohner bass harmonica 265/58", and there are a lot of good links.

Basic cleaning (covers and inside) / recommended cleaning agents & toolsHow far I should tear it down for cleaning etcWhat is the aprox value in very good used condition (it is still in tune)Are the older ones worth more etc
