On a Chromatic you can depress the button, hold it over an annoying persons head, release the button and lay a metal "Nuggie" on them.

But the real answer to your question is this. A Chromatic Harp allows you to play ALL the notes w/o ANY bends or OB's or OD's
However, it does allow for marginal bending but nowhere as extensive as the Diatonic allows
