The World Harmonica Festival is held every two years in Trossingen, Germany (home of Hohner). They hold championship contests in several categories.
Susan Sauter was featured at SPAH in 2010, and gave a wonderful performance, accompanied by Mario Nortmann on piano and accordion. You can find some of that performance and other by her on Youtube.
