Not according to the RP155 manual supplied by Digitech. According to the manual, it's volume, wah, or whammy pitch shift amount. Nothing else.
If you want to use your foot to control reverb amount, delay time or level, rotary speaker speed, or anything else besides volume, wah, or whammy pitch shift amount, you need an RP255 or higher. I do in fact like to control those things with my foot, so I use a 255 or 355 (usually the latter) on stage.
However, some players just need a high-quality, low-cost reverb and delay that also produces some pretty cool amp-modeled sounds and FX. That's how I'm going to set up the RP150/155 patch sets, at least in the initial release.
I do think it will be important for RP150/155 owners to at least learn how to adjust delay and reverb levels, because they'll need to do so at least occasionally on the gig to get the best possible sound for a particular room. It's not hard.
