Maxon gear usually sounds lovely!  


The DigiTech "HardWire" phaser is well worth a listen, especially in the "deep phaser", and probably overlaps your flanging sound range.
If your budget runs to it, the EvenTide units are lovely, but are two or  three times more expensive than the above.

i want to upgrade my flanger.

I have heard good reports about the MAXON flanger.

Any other advice?
