The shuttle bus was courtesy of a private donor.

No-one has stepped forward this year to fund the bus, so it's private car, taxicab, or possibly the hotel shuttle.

In the past, SPAH has graciously supplied a shuttle bus to the Tuesday night
Blues Blow Off (despite it not being an official SPAH event).  Any chance
that this will be available again?  Just curious, in case I need to start
scouting for cab-mates or a ride when I get there Tuesday afternoon.
