I'm not quite to where Gary is at with a "special tuned" harmonica for each song, but its something to consider :)
I did not have the same relative tuning issue with a Crossover I have in A. That one played nice with other instruments right out of the box. I think a small noodge of the B Deluxe down a few cents should do it.
Great news too on the sealed MB Classic combs too!

IMHO, every player needs to be able to adjust his instrument, just as Burke
(and Steve!) has done.
Harmonicas do tend to be tuned sharp, but I guess that's better than flat,
innit?
