Yesterday we lost one of the finest blues musicians of all time. Willie
was a harmonica player in the beginning of his career. Most well known
as probably the best blues drummer ever, Smith returned to playing harp
and as a frontman gained recognition in that role too, including a
Grammy award. As a vocalist he was also top class. Blues friends and the
harmonica world will miss a great artist and a fine personality.
Rest in peace Willie
Harri
