Hi harpers,
Just wondering if any of you more legally minded folk could enlighten me re this whole debacle.
Does one have any means of redress for a breach of contract,as is the case, through paypal?
My understanding was that paypal was created ,in the first instance,to safeguard against potential breach of contracts from either standpoint,vendor vs purchaser.
I have not been as unfortunate as some, having only paid a $40 something deposit nevertheless,it would give some satisfaction to recoup some, if any of this amount .
