Re: [Harp-L] 1950s Silvertone Model 1392 amp

This amp cosmetically looks like it has been gigged with every weekend since 1957, but man does it sound nice. For $175 I couldn't pass it up.
Everything is original except for the cord which I replace as soon as I got it home.

Does anyone know anything about jumping instrument inputs on these rigs? I did some quick research before I went to look at it and the subject came up on a few sites.
Thanks
Todd

Check for feedback.  I use a 5 wt. Kalamazoo, and mic it.  Lightweight and wick tone.  Got it from Gregg at blowsmeaway.com.  about the same price range.

Subject: [Harp-L] 1950s Silvertone Model 1392 amp

I'm going to look at a late 1950s Silvertone Model 1392 amp, to use as a practice amp. I'm getting tired of lugging around the 410 just for practice.
He's asking 200 or BO.
Does anyone have any input on these amps for Harp use?
Thanks
Todd
