On that video of "Like a Rolling Stone" Sir Michael is definitely  
playing a regular F harp (sounds like a Lee Oskar to me).  
Unfortunately his intonation is all over the place. The harp sounds  
as though it's basically in tune, you can hear this when he  
occasionally neglects to bend 4-draw and the note sounds on pitch.  
Still, the song is by Bob Dylan after all any maybe the acid was just  
starting to kick in ;-)
