[Harp-L] YouTube question

Over the years I have put up my own YouTube video, and many for various 
clients.  The audio synchs perfectly with the video on my machine, but the 
moment they're up on YouTube (which does some kind of conversion) the synch 
goes weird.  It's fine at first, but within a minute the sound is no longer 
synched up to the picture.

I noticed this even on the video I was on last year from the Craig Ferguson 
show, which CBS uploaded.

And yet I see wonderful videos by Harp-lers all the time where this does 
not occur.

I'd appreciate any advice from people whose videos synch correctly throughout.
