[Harp-L] Opening up the cover plates

I have performed this mod using a simple pair of pliers and a piece of
leather to prevent scratching the cover plate.  If you are careful, the
results are perfectly acceptable (at least to me).  If I have a harp apart
anyway, I tend to go ahead and do it.  Maybe it's all in my head, but they
do seem to blow a little freer.
