I live in Germany and I can replace reeds, emboss, file, polish, etc.., 
etc..  It depends on what you want.
Shipping to Germany might cost a little more depending on where you are.
I will need to know if you are using the harps to play in a band?  Do you 
like to play loud?  Or do you play more solo at home.
