Re: [Harp-L] Magnus harmonica

Robert, Magnus probably held more harmonica-related patents than any other
individual and later branched out into making other types of free reed
instruments and musical toys, most notably the Magnus chord organs that turn up
at almost every garage sale across America! I have never seen one, but would
love to.
Thanks to Pat Missin, you can read about his harmonicas and see some examples
here: http://www.patmissin.com/gallery/gallery07.html .

Subject: [Harp-L] Magnus harmonica

At age 8 living in San Francisco (1958) we got a Magnus chord organ. This
link says Magnus made harmonicas, too.

Anyone ever play a Magnus Harmonica? Have one? Photo?
