Speaking of cool new sounds, I've put together a small update for my patch sets: three new straight-up amped blues and rock sounds, based on a Bassman, a Tweed Deluxe, and a Blackface Deluxe with various reverbs and delays. (These amp models don't necessarily sound exactly like your favorite bassman/deluxe/whatever, but they do have distinct tube amp characters). The bassman patch is actually the previously released Bassman + Rotary speaker patch, with the effect turned off. RP355 users can turn it back on again in performance by going into Stompbox mode; anyone can turn it on by working the Chorus/FX dial on the front panel. All three patches make big honking sounds, great for lead work.
This update is for all licensees (Digitech RP250/255/350/355), and it will go out by end of week. Enjoy.
