Do you wash it before a gig? The slide, mouth piece, and channel
that it moves in. Does it stick after you clean all the parts?
If it does it sounds like it might be warped. The mouthpieces
were made with a slight bow. If you loosen it make sure you can't
see any daylight between the slide and the harmonica as
that will make it leaky.
If cleaning it brings it back to normal that consider that the
nature the beast. Cleaning is a small price to pay to get it
back to working. The 2016 is a great harmonica. It's very
misunderstood. It has a great lower end that can almost sound
like a cello.

Subject: [Harp-L] cbh2016-sticking slide
The slide on my cbh chro sticks the following morning after heavy use the nite
before. Especially after heavy tongue-blocking. How do i prevent this, and how
do I loosen it up should it keep sticking. I rinse my mouth w water prior to
playing, and clean the harp with a cloth after playing it, but it doesn't help
the problem. Any cures for this? Thankyou DR
