Re: [Harp-L] Anyone have one of the new Mission Chicago amps?

Hi Dennis,

I have a Mission Chicago amp and I love it. It's rated at about 35 watts and
employs a very efficient 12" Eminence Cannabis Rex speaker that can get very
loud indeed. Great natural overtones and lots of cool options designed for the
harp player (Deep switch, go from fixed to cathode bias on the fly, hi and lo
inputs fitting for different mics, etc.)
The line out is fabulous since it has its own volume control right on the amp
(no longer at the mercy of the sound guy).
Best amp I've ever owned, hands down.

And it doesn't hurt that Bruce Collins, the amp builder at Mission Amps, is the
drummer in my band. :-)

Harpin' in Colorado,

And also have or have had any other harp voiced amps in which to compare it to?
I'm especially interested in performance volume independent to the line out or
miking before feedback with a bullet. Thanks. d
