Above the clip it says Robert McClung. According to Sunnyside who  
found it, he specialized in harmonica playing roles in 30's movies  
and died only a few years later. Phenomenal player and consumate  
harmonica entertainer in my book. The expressions on the faces of the  
couple are wonderful :-)
