If you are considering honking on your harp in Troy, Michigan (post office box for SPAH: FYI), better bring some cash. It is now against the law to engage in "distracted driving"  -- and that is not limited to texting or cellphoning.


Although most drivers engaging in "distracted driving" are texting or phoning, nothing looks more like a cell phone than a harmonica.
