Have you tried reducing the gap? It works for me.

I have a Delta Frost with a custom Bamboo comb in the key of C. The Blow 3
is slow to respond. It takes a moment before the note sounds. I have
increase the gap a bit but that does not seem to have helped.

Any other suggestions as to what I can do?
