Yes you can bend the notes as long as the blow and draw notes are more 
than one semi tone apart.  These would be dual reed bends.  You can bend 
notes that have reed chambers with reeds a semi tone apart but you will 
end up somewhere in between the 2 notes in the pitch of the bend.  fjm
