Hard to say, the 1st one blew a blow 8 reed very quickly but I'm putting it down to bad luck because the second one lasted around 4 times longer than any Hohner I've played and I blew a draw 1 reed which I've never done before. Overall I think they are great and I've replaced all my Special 20's for them.
