I wouldn't go so far to say that his inroads have been real
significant but Mike Stevens at least deserves mention in this
context. He's played with the biggies, has appeared on the Grand Ole
Opry on many occasions and he blows lightning fast runs true to the
genre. He even has a Bluegrass Harmonica how-to book/CD set, though it
is highly self aggrandizing and of limited instructional value (IMO).
For some reason he's rarely if ever mentioned on Harp-L. So I'm
mentioning him. ;-)
