You know, in second position 10 DRAW gives you a 9th which is an all  
around pretty useful note.

Btw, between 6 blow and 9 blow you've got a complete Mixolydian scale  
with no bends necessary. So, there's a lot of things one can do  
playing blues in second position on the high end of the harp without  
using blow bends. Just a thought......
