I received this email this AM.  It has all the earmarks of a hoax.  If anyone else has received this message, purportedly from Euro harmonica player Ludo Beckers, I recommend that you DO NOT respond.  

The part about having no credit cards sounds especially suspicious, since any credit card company would issue him another card within a day or two at most.
