Re: [Harp-L] Too Much Amp Promotion?

I have to say..the amp promotion works...and this seems like a good place for it...
I am lusting for one of these "Certain amp manufacturer" amps.

Even though I have a vintage super Reverb, I would love to have one of these "certain manufacturer's" Amps.
They sound pretty good to me (finally tried one recently and loved it) and I can't seem to get the sound I want from my amp.
I know many times some have talked about how to tweak my stock super to sound better.
My favorite sound is still the vintage tweed champ or Maestro gibson but the super is not getting any bite unless it is ready to feed back.

If it is not too much trouble...could someone recount how to make my amp sound more like these cool amps.
In the past, I never wanted to mess with the vintage amp...I collect them. But since I do not have the money at this time for
one of the boutique amps...why not tweak this one in the meantime...This would be helpful to me and I apologize for not
paying attention before...I was afraid to mess with what I thought was the sound i wanted until I tried one of the custom ones.
Damn they sound good.

Thank you in advance.
