If you ever have a few drinks and get a call from Tom Stryker, hang up immediately. I didn't! The next morning I discovered I was the new coordinator for the 2011 SPAH seminars program.
Since I've been around harp-l for a while, I have seen some previous discussions on SPAH seminars and I have taken notes. But, I would also like to invite anyone, even you non-SPAH members out there, to contact me directly if you wish to run a seminar at the convention (sorry only if a member) or if you have suggestions for seminar topics or thoughts and ideas about harmonica seminars in general on any topic that you can think of. If you have attended previous SPAH seminars and have either likes or dislikes, let me know. I'm open to any suggestion that will make the SPAH seminar program both educational and fun. Think of this as an opportunity to make the harmonica world an even better place. Hope to hear from you soon. It would be great to have a seminar list well in advance of the convention.
I have given SPAH seminars myself and have attended many more. I highly recommend the experience.
