About the new CD





 I originally wanted to record a kind of 'best of Carlos live' CD, but was never happy with the results for various reasons. So, this CD is an 'almost live' CD done in the studio playing as we would play these songs live with a lot of extended solos. This CD could also be subtitled 'Something old, something borrowed, something new, and something blue'.Three of the songs I have previously released on Cds from over 10 years ago as they have evolved in the years since I recorded them. Then there are some familiar takes on some blues standards with a few twists in the melodies and lyrics. Listen to some sound bytes here.
