If you're trying to contact Bob Cohen this way, he's no longer the SPAH website publisher and hence no longer a SPAH staffer or board member, so the link may be disabled.

The SPAH website is currently undergoing changes and upgrades, and the usability note about the low contrast between text and background is appreciated; I'll pass it on the Manfred Wewers, who is coordinating the changes to the website and will be managing content and updates going forward.
