Re: [Harp-L] "Wrath of God" was Delmores 78

The Delmores and Wayne Raney (foten with Lonnie Glosson on second harmonica) recorded quite a bit together in the postwar period. Some of the results came out under Raney's name, some of it under the Delmores' name.

The so-called Hillbilly Boogie style they more or less created seems like the missing link between immediate postwar country music and rockabilly.

I have it by Wayne Raney. May well be the Delmores backing him, but it was issued (King label) under Raney's name.

He found another copy of the recording! -- turns out it was the Delmore Brothers (with Wayne Raney I suspect becasue it was recorded post WWII).  Okay, go back to what you were doing.
