Sometimes it's a bit hard to get it to stick at first, but once it's there, it hangs on. I don't have a problem with doing maintenance on a 'tak-ed harp. Guess it depends on your individual touch. I just find it all round less of a hassle than solder.
Much easier to fine-tune. I'd just give it a try, Robert, and see what you think.

If I go into the harp for something, won't every little speck of blu-tack be
