Small business is a risky undertaking, especially in today's new world.


As far as I can see, the only problem was the customer service issue....very poorly handled. When no response is made to legitimate requests, the imagination can only dwell on worst case scenarios regarding the details.


Before totally condemning the buy out, give the new company a chance to make a statement and follow through.
