"Self-bias" refers to cathode bias, not fixed bias...in fact no instrument amps 
are self biasing, it's a bit of a misnomer even when discussing cathode bias. 
Total current draw for a Harpking stock is 4.1A, with KT120 it's 4.9A max (0.5A 
less than a Twin for instance), the PT should take it, I have never seen a 100W 
PT with less than 6A of current supply. This is unlikely to drop the B+ current, 
or headroom significantly. Should B+ drop more than 20vdc - at comparable idle 
current (I seriously doubt that this will happen) with the KT120s then it would 
be a good idea to take them out.
