Re: [Harp-L] question about mic connection?
Brothers & Sisters of Hi-Z, Lo-Z,
I believe that we are all looking for impedance matching, eh?
What about the Holmes Harp Commander. I am under the impression that if
you want to do all of what we want, (i.e. any mic - any amp), then the
Holmes is the ticket.
Maybe Ron Holmes would care to comment? Ron?

I want to rephrase my last post to clarify better. I made a refrance to
photos, I was speaking of photos on vendor sites. Please excuse my poor
communication skills in writing my thoughts correctly sometimes. D.

Hey all, I have been looking into getting a Shure SM58 to use on
a
mike stand. So I can play some acousticly off of that. But they
have a
different type of connector than the amp I have, do I just get a
cable
that has the proper connector on the amp end? Or is there an
adaptor that
I would purchase for the amp end of the cable that comes with the
mic? I
just don't know much about this amplified stuff yet.
