Hi, Joe.

I use Pacemaker Plugin for Winamp.

I've tried some other software, but this is the most confortable for me. It
allows you to slow down (without affecting the pitch). You can also change
the pitch without affecting speed (very useful too). Instead of menu
options, it displays a confortable control panel, and you can make the
desired changes in real-time (no need to stop playing the song).

Just google "pacemaker winamp".
