Hi All,
I been on this list for at least a year, reading and enjoying in the background.
I do have to put my two cents in as well. I ordered a B-Rad harmonica about a
year ago. I am still waiting and have no idea when it will be in my hands. Even
if I fall in love with my new harp when I get it, how quickly would anybody
return business and order another??? I am sure once I receive my B-Rad all may
be forgotten. BUT how hard is it to send out an update via email?! Not once
every 3 months, but weekly? Welcome to the 21st Century Brad. You may have the
BEST non custom harmonica, but the Worst customer service. Very bad combination,
and as such I don't see this company lasting too long. It wont be long before
the B-Rad is a collectors item. Rant over.......
Best ,
A.J.
