[Harp-L] name that tune

I remember back in the 1970's in the antenna range of being able to pick up TV
stations from NYC.
at night most would shut down from 2am to 6 am for cooling down of transmitters and
changing tubes, etc..
one station in NYC, i believe was channel 9 would have a a black and white drawing of a
nyc skyline at night and playing a jazz song, i thought was called 5 o'clock ???
anyone remember this
