These might not be textbooks, nor quite what you're looking for, but could  
be a start. 
 
There's a Little Walter book/CD, one by Steve Guyger, another  by Howard 
Levy. Even our own MadCat's featured. You didn't specify  what genre of 
'riffs' you were seeking, but there's a Rock Harmonica  book/cd which seems to 
cover what you mentioned, IF that fits your needs. 
 
(I've bought Hal Leonard Jazz book/cd playalongs from this guy and he ships 
 promptly. Is a good Seller imo).

Regardless, there are quite a few EBay Sellers like this one who carry  
this type of book/CD (or DVD) playalongs for decent prices (no bidding  
involved, straight purchasing).
 
 A further search using this as a jumping-off point might turn up just  
what you're looking for.

I am interested in  knowing if anyone has knowledge of where one 
would purchase a text book with  CD for RIFFS and if so please advise.
